Community Impact Funding Process

The new community impact funding process outline and application is now available here.   If you have troubles viewing any of this information, you may contact Leslie at 801.399.5584x 107.

A letter of intent is due on April 16, 2008.

The application will be due to United Way on April 30, 2008.

Grant awardees will be notified on or before June 13, 2008.

The funding cycle for three priority areas (children, health, and self-sufficiency) will last for 3 years.  Your agency will not need to re-apply for funding until 2011.  Outcome measurement reports will be due annually.

Community Matters grants can be requested quarterly if your organization does not align with one of the above three priority areas.

Payments to agencies through this process as well as through designations will be made quarterly, instead of monthly.  In addition, designations will be paid based on what has been collected from the donor.  Payments will typically be made in April, July, October and January with the first RFP Grant payment being made in July.
