Pinching Your Pennies

Although a little difficult to navigate, this website is loaded with tips on saving money on groceries, clothing, online stores, etc.  Be sure to click into the "Utah" forums to find the local information. 

The Sensible Shopper

Rebecca Pickett appears regularly on Good Things Utah (ABC 4) and shares mountains on money savings ideas.  Check out some of the recent stories here.

Free Credit Report

This site links to the federally endorsed free credit report program that provides one free credit report annually without having to "sign-up" for any offers or obligations. 

Free Business Cards/Sticky Notes/Rubber Stamps

Site that offers limited, but free, office products for just the price of shipping.

Ogden Free Cycle

Helping to keep usable good out of the landfill, this yahoo e-mail group allows users to freely share or "recycle" goods with the entire community.  "One person's trash is another person's treasure."   Don't forget to also check out the "Free" sections on KSL and Craigslist. 

Kid's Eat Free

Many family oriented restuarants offer "kid's eat free" meals on certain evenings.  If you still like to eat out, try to save money by finding restuarants that offer free meals for kids.  Joe's Crab Shack is usually on Monday's, Denny's on Tuesday's and IHOP and Carl's Jr on Wednesdays.
